I love listening in on these kids

Today I was reading and overheard the following discussion:

Nina: Maggie, do you know what the fastest thing in the world is?
Maggie: A cheetah?
Nina: No, the speed of light.
Maggie: Wow.
Nina: Unless it's a broken, flickery light. But a working light is the fastest thing in the world.

I cracked up! No way is broken light going to go as fast as working light. Obviously.

Today we went out and picked up some costumes for Fasching, which is like Austrian Mardi Gras Halloween. I'm not going to tell you what we got, but I'll put up pictures Monday and Tuesday!
